Sukiya
There is no shortage of beef bowl options in Shibuya or Roppongi with Matsuya and Yoshinoya around every corner.
But we personally prefer the larger variety of beef bowls, curries, and sizes available at Sukiya.
Also, Sukiya has tables for guests to sit at instead of the counter, great for groups of 4 or more.
